Ericka York is a valued Loan Officer here at Fairway Independent Mortgage. Ericka first launched her career in the mortgage industry 11 years ago in North Carolina and later brought her talents to Denver! She took a short break from the mortgage industry in 2011, when she and her husband adopted twin baby boys from Uganda. However, she couldn’t stay away for too long and later returned and has been back in it for over a year.

Ericka has extensive experience and passion for working with clients to ensure they fully understand their home financing options. She works side by side with clients, agents, and processors to make sure the loan process goes off without a hitch. Her desire to help others is what motivates her to provide efficient and complete service to every one of her clients as well as partners.

Ryan Liebelt spent the last decade developing his sales skills in the Service Industry prior to embarking on his career as a loan officer a few years ago.

Ready for a change, Ryan wanted a career that allowed him to help others but still strongly focused on customer service and sales.  This made Ryan the perfect candidate for our branch Sales Manager position. Before moving to Denver in November, Ryan lived and originated loans in Summit County Colorado.

Ryan is passionate about helping others and loves working with clients to educate them on the multitude of loan programs available and guide them to the one that best fits their individual circumstances. He knows how valuable owning a home can be and is thankful for the opportunity to help others purchase their home and grow roots in their community.

Outside of the office Ryan is an avid snowboarder and mountain biker; he also enjoys traveling and spending time with friends, family and his dog Cooper.
